Ozgur Dogerlioglu, the author of two books has her Ph.D. in Management from Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir. She holds an MBA degree from Bogazici University and her BS degree is from Chemical Engineering department of Bogazici University. She worked in companies like Sise-Cam Glassworks and NCR. She is working as an assistant professor in MIS department of Bogazici University, Istanbul. She has also publications on managerial and organizational aspects of Information Technology and Quality Management based on her scientific research studies. Management and organization, strategic management, managerial communication and organizational impacts of Information Technology are the main subjects of the courses given by her.

BIS 513 Business Strategies
The course provides a thorough understanding of strategic management. Students develop proficiency in analysing strategic business situations and formulating new strategies for gaining and sustaining competitive advantage based on detailed SWOT analysis.
