She received her BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University, and her MSc and PhD degrees in Quantitative Techniques from İstanbul University. She has coordinated and participated in many research and application projects and has published articles in various international journals. Her research interests include systems analysis and design, information systems development, business process management, information systems project management, e-learning, e-adoption, social media, business intelligence and digitalization.
